Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience in a Quality Control environment.
- Experience with machined components in all phases of inspection, including receiving, first article, and final inspection.
- 1 year of hands-on experience operating CMM equipment.
- Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.
- Experience with basic precision measuring instruments ( Micrometres, callipers, height gauges).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with receiving inspection requirements including FA inspection is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products
- Experience with CMM Machines. Calypso Software
- Working experience with high-precision measurements and first-article inspections (FAI).
- Manual inspections using micrometres, callipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
- Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Inspection Report experience
Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
