Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or Automotive
- 5 yrs + Supply Chain Management: MRP, logistics management, forecasting and planning, costing
- 5 yrs + Data Analysis
- 5 yrs + Analyzes changes to Engineering plans (proposed revisions / accuracy / completeness of information)
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with Kaizen and continuous improvement is a plus.
- Experience standardizing, improving operational and development Cycle processes.
- Experience with Reports and Presentations
- Mathematic Skills: advanced mathematical concepts
- Strong verbal communication
Responsibilities:
- Creation, maintenance and distribution of the Production, Development Build Plans, Engine Kit Build Schedule in ERP System (Syspro)
- Creation and maintenance of Production Financial Build Plan Forecast
- Responsible for researching and analyzing $15M Production Budget and $5M Development Budget
- Responsible for the allocation and rotation of 130 Engines in Production, Development and Test Pool.
- ERP data across multiple Engine Specifications, auditing Engineering Bill of Materials for accuracy, while resolving issues.
- Runs data analysis of Production and Development Inventory
Compensation: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour
